As a London-based fitness instructor specialising in BarreStrength, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), my journey began with a single transformative Barre class years ago—an experience so powerful I knew instantly I needed to share it with others.

Movement isn't just what I do—it's who I am. It grounds me, reveals my strength, and builds my resilience daily. Without it, I'd be unrecognizable to myself. My greatest inspiration comes from witnessing clients transform as they commit to themselves, whether they join me daily, weekly, or monthly.

After years teaching across London's premier studios, I felt called to reach more people, which led me to create The Barre Class. My mission is beautifully straightforward: to empower you. Through online trainingcorporate wellness programs, and private sessions, I meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey.

My teaching philosophy blends creativity, playfulness, and intention. I incorporate essential tools like breathwork—techniques I personally rely on—to calm the nervous system and enhance mind-body connection.
